Human resources are the most important resource and wealth at Aero Light with “talent strategy” as our primary strategy. We established the Aero Business Institute in 2018 specially for incubating high-performing talents at Aero. The School has set up a talent cultivation system based on different growth demand of staff of different levels, according to the Company’s strategic positioning, business goals and model strategy. A stable team of teaching staff has also taken shape for the School. We value everyone joining Aero Light, and make an exclusive growth plan for every new colleague paired with a mentor.
