The 8th Professional Lighting Design Convention (PLDC) , an annual event created for the global lighting design market, is organized by VIA-Verlag, the publishing house of the Professional Lighting Design (PLD) magazine. The event was held in Rotterdam, the Netherlands from 23th to 26th in October, 2019. It provides a communication platform for established and newly qualified lighting designers, architects, researchers and related professions which greatly promises a rich and educational sharing in professional lighting design among designers.
